Our room was clean. When the hotel staff realized we overpaid they offered a king sized room at no additional cost.
The hotel facilities were a bit outdated. We did not have a chance to compare it to other hotels in the area.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. First they offered to give us a king sized room at no extra cost because we were overcharged. We received a room with 2 queen sized beds, who told us no king rooms were available. The cleaning staff made sure everything was kept in good order. There was an indoor pool and hot tub available. Nothing. I didn't like one thing.
Everything. Comfort, location, free breakfast, price.

It was in a terrible location. The pool closes early. They didn't have a computer to use. The free breakfast was a freaking joke. Terrible. Very overpriced for what you got. Hot tub dirty.

The hotel was very mediocre. Breakfast was low quality. Hotel very noisy.

The staff was friendly and offered suggestions about local groceries store etc.

We were is Canon City to attend a funeral for a family member, the hotel was very cooperative about letting us use the breakfast room to gather in the evening. The maid service was very good and attentive. ...read more

Location convenience, close to the train station.
The carpet was sticky in some spots, could not walk barefoot.

Overall the hotel was nice, the price was good for the quality of the room.
